Booking your retreat

To secure your spot, a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit or full payment is required. By paying the deposit, the booking becomes binding, and the full price of the retreat is due. The remaining balance is due on the start date of the retreat. All deposit payments are to be made via bank transfer.

Cancellation more than 30 days before the start date of your retreat will result in forfeiture of 50% of total retreat price (ie, the deposit). Cancellation 14-30 days before the start date of your retreat will result in 75% forfeiture of total retreat price. Cancellation less than 14 days before the start date of your retreat will result in forfeiture of 100% of total retreat price. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We recognise that there may be unforeseen and exceptional times when retreatants will need to cancel or rearrange retreats, but due to the exclusive nature of Cova do Coração, if a booking is made, that often means that another retreatant/group miss out on the chance to retreat here. We are therefore unable to refund or transfer deposits. Please see above for cancellation details.

It is therefore highly recommended that you invest in travel insurance for your trip to ensure peace of mind.

Please send any “medical dietary requirements” one month prior to arrival. Failure to inform us of allergies could lead to unsuitable food being provided.

Please note that smoking is not permitted throughout the property, and use of recreational drugs is prohibited.

Any damages must be paid for by the guest.

Cova do Coração and its staff are not liable to any guest for any loss, damage or injury suffered by them of their property, howsoever caused.
